3. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us automatically. These include: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation of a contract, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We store your first and last name, email address, optionally company and telephone number, your message, and the time and IP address of submission. Storage takes place in our self-hosted customer relationship system (see section 6). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Consent to the newsletter given optionally in the contact form is independent of the handling of your enquiry: your enquiry is processed without it, and without confirmation through the double opt-in you will not receive a newsletter.

6. Customer relationship system (Mautic)

Enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are processed in Mautic, an open-source marketing automation platform that we operate ourselves. Processing takes place exclusively on our own server at marketing-automation.naia.dev within the European Union. There is no disclosure to third parties and no transfer to a third country.

The forms on this website are served by us. Your input is first transmitted to our own server and passed on to Mautic from there; your browser never establishes a direct connection to Mautic.

7. Spam protection (CAPTCHA)

To protect our forms against automated submissions we use the Swetrix CAPTCHA, which we also host ourselves. It works with a proof of work in the browser, requires no cookies, and sets no puzzles that would allow conclusions to be drawn about you personally. The IP address and technical characteristics of the request are processed in doing so.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and automated requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Web analytics

This website uses Swetrix, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted web analytics tool. All data is processed exclusively on our own server at analytics.naia.dev. No data is shared with third parties.

The following data is collected: page views, time on page, referrer, browser and operating system used, approximate location (country/region based on IP address), and anonymised interaction data (e.g. button clicks, scroll depth). No cookies are set and no personal data is stored that would allow the identification of individual users.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing website usage to improve our services).

9. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data.
